IYSA Sanctioned Tournament Team Roster

IYSA Risk Management Certification Form

IYSA Organization Communicable Disease Form

IYSA Guest Player Form

IYSA Medical Release & Liability Waiver Form

IYSA NT Team Agreement Form

Permission to Travel -  (Out-of-State Teams only)

General Rules & Regulations

​

  • All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.

  • We will try to accommodate coaches with 3 or fewer teams. 

  • All out-of-town teams will work with Traveling Teams to secure hotels for the event.

  • 1st and 2nd place will be awarded team and individual awards.

  • Local teams could play Friday evening.
